Basic Function
1. Account Management
2. Serves as the day-to-day manager in executing strategic communication plans on multiple accounts.
3. Independently supervises SAEs, AEs, ACs and Interns.
4. Has ability to delegate multiple assignments, supervise others and able to work with other departments, groups and offices.
5. Thinks strategically and creatively. Works effectively with both senior and junior staff and possesses maturity, keen judgment, enthusiasm and strong people skills.
6. Has an established industry niche.

Qualification
1. University graduates or above
2. 4-5 years solid experience in PR , experienced in FMCG fields (everyday consumer goods)
3. Excellent writing and spoken English skills, as you will deal with foreign clients (all the internal & external documents are in English)
4. Experience in managing marketing & PR events / promotion campaigns.
5. Excellent media connections with Chinese media, in particular lifestyle, beauty and mass media.
6. Good relationship with leading influencers in fashion and beauty circle.
7. A strong passion and interest in fashion and lifestyle trend.
8. Strong team player and ability to cooperate with team to ensure success of client work.
9. Good sense of managing clients' projects and events.
10.Possesses maturity and judgmental skills necessary for client contact.
11.Basic supervisory experience - managing programs and AEs and interns.
