工作职责：

1、按公司的要求，对新入职的工人进行培训和员工技术操作规范培训管理。

2、协助部门经理监督员工行为规范、日常养护工作巡查，加强员工的纪律，组织对工人的月度绩效评分考核，发挥员工的积极性和责任心，完成公司下达的任务。

3、根据上级和甲方的要求，制定整理从都时花更换、绿化养护的月度工作计划。

4、检查落实计划的实施，对区域进行日常养护检查，发现存在问题，及时整改。

5、协助对相关养护资料的进行记录，提升绿化养护水平从而达到公司和甲方标准要求。

6、保持与从都高尔夫草坪部、安防部、房务部、工程部在工作上的沟通协调，汇报并处理甲方提出相关问题与意见，及时解决存在的问题。

7、协调内部各主管、工人工作中出现的各项问题，保证工作的顺利开展。

8、制定每月工人、司机、管理人员排班，车辆维修保养及车辆外派安排，每月车辆使用和各项资料登记、整理存档及上报。

9、组织落实从都养护园林机械保养维修事务，协同采购部及时处理机械修理问题，保证园林机械正常使用。

10、完成上级领导交办临时性工作，定期向领导汇报工作。

岗位要求：

1、园林等相关专业大专以上学历。

2、5年以上绿化养护工作经验，3年以上大型高档社区的园林绿化养护管理经验。

3、熟悉常用绿化植物的生长习性以及病虫害防治、熟悉绿化植物的日常养护管理技术。

4、较强的组织管理能力、较强的沟通协调能力、较好的语言书写能力。

5、掌握计算机档案管理信息系统，熟悉使用办公软件。
