工作职责：

1.对管辖范围内员工行为规范、日常养护工作巡查，加强员工的纪律，组织对工人的月度绩效评分考核，发挥员工的积极性和责任心，完成公司下达的任务。

2.根据公司养护要求制定每月养护计划报上级后具体实施，将每日工作安排落实到位，并检查各个岗位工作完成情况。

3.跟进每月汇景绿化养护部相关养护合同的养护计划整理、开具发票金额等进行汇总并提交部门经理审批并跟进。

4.根据公司档案管理要求，对部门资料、合同等进行统一归档管理，确保资料完整。

岗位要求：

1.大专学历以上，性别不限，年龄在20-28之间。

2.2年以上绿化养护工作经验，1年以上大型高档社区的园林绿化养护管理经验。
