企业文化高级主管/Senior Supervisor of corporate culture（具有企业内宣、员工活动、记者、活动策划经验优先）

工作职责：

1. 负责企业文化建设与推广,根据公司不同发展阶段的目标，对企业文化理念的整理、提炼工作,并进行推广；
   组织各项员工活动，促进企业文化传播；参与公司内部刊物的编辑、策划和出版发行；配合培训部门做好新员工企业文化教育工作；
2. 负责公司所有形象宣传相关工作，包括公司简介、网站设计、企业VI相关工作；
3. 建立与媒体及专业PR公司的联系及关系维护，确保公司与各类媒体间的良好合作；
4. 搜集、整理、撰写相关文稿，确保相关文稿的质量符合公司要求；
5. 公司对内各类宣传工作的开展，包括公司宣传栏，公司内刊、电子期刊等相关工作。
   

工作要求：

1. 新闻、中文、出版等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 有企业文化建设和企业制度系统的经验；
3. 富有团队合作精神，并具备一定的组织、协调能力；
4. 对企业文化的宣传、落地有独特的思路；
5. 工作踏实认真、勤于思考、擅长公文写作和企业文化活动策划、熟练运用办公软件；
6. 文笔流畅，富有创意，良好的审美能力；
7. 擅于总结，反应敏捷，具有优秀的沟通协调能力。
