岗位职责：
统筹编制年度的经营计划，提出公司中长期发展规划；
根据年度工作计划，做出下阶段工作部署，达到量化、细化，分类分项，按人、按时抓好布置、安排、检查和落实；
根据工作实际进展状况，不断完善内部管理和运作机制，加强对各岗位人员的阶段性工作检查考证和年中、年末考核，加强政治思想工作，提升业务能力；
定期向董事会报告担保业务运行情况及收支情况及财务收支情况；
召开办公会议、担保评审会等；
对每笔担保业务进行审批，并承担相应的管理责任；
做好董事会交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上运营管理工作经理及担保公司相关工作经验；有相关客户资源尤佳；
2、良好的沟通、协调和组织能力；
3、熟悉运营发展趋势，运营管理模式和工作流程；
4、有良好的战略规划、统筹分析能力；
5、优秀的职业素养，具有团队精神，责任心强，能承受压力和接受挑战；
