JOB STATEMENT
Generally responsible for management of incoming and outgoing shipments and manage the Logistics Team, which handle Import and Export Customs Clearance and the related documents and the Domestic transportation operations within China.
JOB DUTIES
§ Minimum 2 years experience in leadership management, at least as the supervisor or as the team leader level
§ Good current knowledge in logistics including import, export, domestic transportation arrangements and is able to handle the daily routines
§ Good communication skills and ability to build a strong relationship with internal and external partners
§ Provide necessary assistance and support to logistics coordinators
§ Supervise the complaint / claim handling
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Achieve the given targets for the Logistics team on a cost and time effective basis
§ Make the monthly and annual logistics analysis
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
§ Degree or Diploma in Logistics Management or related field
§ Minimum 3-5 years' experience in relevant position
§ Able to travel
§ Knowledge of supply management and usage of some ERP system is an advantage
§ Highly motivated individual with good communication and negotiation skills
§ Knowledge of IT tools and systems
