职位描述
Responsibility:
During new project phase
Confirmation of Product specification and quality requirement; BOM & AML analysis and update;
Transfer customer requirement and specification to Enics drawing or documentation;
Review customer specification and requirement, make process flow, PFMEA, Control plan and necessary tooling, fixture, indirect material and packing etc together with process engineer and testing engineer;
Support Project manager to implement trial run or prototyping, confirm materials, summarize all the issues during trial run(including trail run report), and support PM to take corrective action for all the nonconforming items;
Make inspection plan and VI instructions, give new product training to shift leader, QA leader and technician;
When the project reach the target and can transfer to mass production, make all the documents together to DCC for filing, if necessary, update all the process flow, FMEA and control plan, working instruction together withprocess engineer and testing engineer etc;
ECN implementation (MHN handling).
During Mass production phase,PE could be as a Project Leader responsible for one of project
Customers interface on Technology Issue, and leading the response for customer quality complain;
Maintain BOM and confirm any MPN's change related to customer's requirement;
ECN owner for responsible project;
Support sourcing or IQC engineer to implement the trial run of localization parts or changed component;
Control and monitor product quality, finalize monthly quality report and participate monthly project quality review meeting, organize related process engineers or production personnel to improve product quality for those projects which can't reach targets;
Make continual improvement of project quality together with related functions;
Provide regular project report according to customer's requirement and participate customer review meeting if need.
Qualification:
At least 3 years in EMS factory;
Bachelor in Engineering;
Excellent communication skills and good relationship with functional members;
Good English skill.
