Position IT Manager

Reporting to Greater China IT Director

Location Shanghai, China

Position Summary

Serve as IT team manager, to plan and to manage the IT projects, oversee and administrate office’s as well as IDC (websites) infrastructure and applications. Candidates should able to adapt to the fast paced and dynamic environment. Oversees IT facilities and applications in different locations (offices in 3 cities) and report to the Greater China IT Director.

Key Responsibilities

?Create and manage a stable and secure IT environment for the company

?Maintenance the IT progresses (support, purchase, change management) and policies and ensure the compliance

?Work closely with different departments to support and implement Office IT solutions

?Manage the Backup, DR and operations for Email server, OA, Finance / ERP, telephone system

?Manage the team to provide full range of IT support including IDC and office infrastructure, OA, Exchange, telephone system, LAN,servers, helpdesk support.

?Perform network, system and equipment monitoring and troubleshooting including LAN/ WAN, voice, server and external access services; support and upgrade operating systems and software applications.

?Identify risk and potential problem area and threats to the system or opportunities for improvement

?Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure systems and projects

Job Requirements

Education Requirement：

Computer science and related degree

Job Experience：

?At least 5 years working experience in IT related field

?Experienced in supervising or leading team

?Prefer to have experience in managing and supporting Office and IDC infrastructure & environment

?MNC experience is preferred

Professional Know-how：

?Solid experience in network, server, desktop security and monitoring

?Strong working experience on IT application and/or infrastructure support

?Proficient in designing, configuring and support large infrastructure network and experience on trouble shooting and problem solving in multiple technical area

?Good understanding of IT network, backup/contingency and recovery tools

Key Competence：

?Project management skill

?Good organization, planning and follow-through skill

?Good interpersonal and communication skill

?Good spoken and written English is a big plus

?Highly adaptable and flexible in fast peas environment

?People management skill and good team work
