1.Ensure good quality products are developed, built and shipped on time as defined by the commitments documented in the New Product Schedule.
2.Develops a good understanding of the market, capability and business acumen to contribute to brand/market strategy planning.
3.Anticipates and manages tasks/risks within each phase of a project.
4.Decision-making for projects. Works with project team to implement cross-functional solutions to issues.
5.Manage single or a few aligned/related projects simultaneously.
6.Establish and maintain relationships with associates for the purpose of aligning NPS objectives and removing obstacles for project completion.
7.Facilitates preparation of New Product Schedule, Financial Plan, and Capital Plan by providing resources analysis and insight regarding project synergies and/or interdependencies.
8.Prepare status updates for Management.
9.Exhibit behaviors and actions that: Build Trust, Drive Continuous Improvement, Focus on the End Customer and Set High Standards of Performance.
