Sales Coordinator, eBooks and Online Products (Beijing Based)

Requirements:
- University degree
- Skilled at Office software
- Knowledge of SAP application advantageous.
- Prior experience in publishing.
- English speaker.

Responsibilities:

- Sales Support - report to Sales Manager and support sales team with follow up actions, customer services, and all kinds of marketing activities.

- Attends to all subscription enquiries and orders:
* Price requests
* Invoicing
* Payments/receipts
* Checking subscriptions
* Delivery problems
* Claims
* Publication information

- Online access
* Facilitate online activation, trials, monitor trial period and end access
* Consortia deals - verification, billing and access activation
