Job Description: Human Resource& Admin Manager
Responsibilities
· Development of the HR Department, HR practices and organizational culture in line with the company’s overall strategy
· Generally manage HR-related matters including:
· Taking charge of recruitment assignments
· Employee relationship related affairs, through Vendors like FESCO and CIIC
· Foreign employees’ visa, like invitation letter issuing, visa application and visa extension
· Managing employee contracts and employee profiles
· Employee orientation, development, and training
· Policy development and documentation
· Employee schedule record such as leave, vacation, etc.; manage and update company’s calendar
· Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
· Employee services and counselling
· Employee evaluation, performance management and improvement systems
· Emphasize on high-quality, continuous improvement and high performance
· Supervise Office Administration
Requirements
· University degree in HR, business, English, psychology and other relevant majors
· Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR management field. Candidate with hands-on experience in recruitment and training is preferred
· Knowledge of the employee regulations and legal constraints for Chinese employee and foreign employee in China is preferred
· Experience in multi-national organizations is desired, but not essential
· Open-minded, diligent, thorough, responsible, and quick learner
· Excellent communication skills, English and Mandarin proficiency is a MUST
· Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in team with diverse cultures and backgrounds
· Strong computer skills and know how on MS Word, PPT, Excel, OUTLOOK, etc.
