人事方面：
1、辅助招聘工作，发布、刷新招聘广告，维护招聘渠道，预约面试者；
2、负责考勤汇总，统计；
3、负责办理各项社会保险手续；
4、审核和办理各种休假手续；
5、培训工作的计划、实施、总结、反馈工作，并追踪培训效果；
6、员工入、离职手续办理，员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理，公司内部员工档案管理；
7、负责组织企业文化建设工作，包括公司年会安排、会务组织、文体活动安排等；
8、其他临时性辅助类人力资源工作。

行政方面：
1、负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达；
2、负责公司行政后勤类相关工作，如来访客人接待，电话转接，行政事务处理等；
3、负责企业资产配置(固定资产及低值易耗品)的管理工作，包括采购、清点、领用登记等；
4、协助各部门做好节假日期间工作安排，包括值班安排、检查门窗、关闭电源电脑等工作；
5、其他突发事件的处理及领导安排的其他临时性工作。

任职要求：
1、人力资源管理、文秘、行政管理等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、二年以上相关工作经验，或优秀应届毕业生也可考虑。
3、熟悉人事、行政管理知识及工作流程、具备基本商务信函写作能力，熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件；
4、工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力。
