任职要求：

1、大学专科（含）以上学历，工业设计、计算机、心理学、平面设计、广告设计等相关专业；
2、本行业5年以上，同等职位至少3年以上工作经验；

岗位要求：

1. 3年以上界面设计、交互设计或用户体验设计工作经验；
2. 有手机、Pad、互联网等App设计工作2年以上，有上线作品；
3. 对产品研发、交互流程设计有深入了解，熟练的流程图，线框图，高低保真原型制作及交互文档编写等；
4. 有较强的产品原型表现、流程逻辑能力，发散思维好，洞察力好，熟悉用户心理学；
5. 熟练使用Axure，Visio等工具；

岗位职责：

1、负责终端及平台各类应用和系统用户界面交互设计；
2、根据用户使用行为分析报告，准确提炼用户需求及定位产品设计框架；
3、了解产品需求并提出创新想法，完成界面的流程设计、原型设计，提高产品易用性；
4、进行用户体验研究和分析，整理和累计交互创新想法；
5、工作态度积极，有责任心，对交互设计有着无限的激情和持之以恒的动力；
6、 具有较强的学习能力，能够不断更新知识发展技能。
