Main responsibilities:
? Team management
? Application Test Execution
? Test Case design/update, Test tool preparation
? Prepare test plan and test report
? Issue trouble shooting
? Communicate with OMV TL/CPM/OM TCTs
Qualification Basic:
? Team management experience
? Familiar with SOMC customization work flow.
? Test automation skill, include tool preparation and execution.
? Power testing skill.
? Competency of application test plan/report.
? CAV Test case design ability.
? CAV Test case execution experience.
? Good communication skill and fluent English.
? Experience in Java, C# or other programming language.
Specific Qualification:
? Software Analysis & Design knowledge/experience is needed while also having a solid background in Software Quality & Testing.
? Extensive Technical skills covering Product, Technologies and Competitive knowledge. (E.g. Telecommunication, WAP, MMS, Voice Call, SMS, DRM, AT commands and DM…)
? Knowledge of current industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices, Tools and techniques
? Ability to work with teams. The ability to collaborate and co-operate is important
? Excellent communication skills - within and outside of the team.
? Be able to do pre-study of new technical requirement and predefine the test environment and test method
? Be able to design the test specification according to the requirement with easy reading and could get satisfied quality and good coverage
