Main Responsibilities:

1.Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target; advocate academic promotion in sales team;

2.Build a high performance team by hiring high quality people, training and developing them, providing ongoing coaching and counseling, retaining the best talent through motivation and recognition and making tough decisions on non-performers;



3.Set up short, medium and long term objectives and vision for the sales team;



4.Communicate company’s policy to the sales staff;

5.Maintain relations with key customers (hospitals, KOLs, gov't agencies, etc.);

6.Coordinate with commercial dept for bidding and distributor relationship management;

7.Review operating results of the organization, compare them to established objectives, and take steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results;

8.Control national sales expense within acceptable level.



Requirements:

1.Minimum Bachelor Degree, MBA or other business field;

2.At least 3 years above experience in Area Sales Manager position with proven strong tracking record in multinational pharm companies;

3.Strong skills of Coaching, Communication, and Negotiation skills;

4.Good English communication skills;



5.Strong leadership and management skills.
