Position Summary:
To delivery high customer satisfaction through proactive service, effective internal and external communication, and to implement a systematic business development strategy.
To lead BD and marketing activities through active involvement in client meetings, pre-sale discussion, quote/contract review, solution formulation as well as business introduction.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- To support General Manager in designing and implementing the strategies for customer service and business development.
- To actively identify opportunities to introduce other Company goods and/or services, thereby increasing the revenue opportunity within each customer’s business portfolio
- To ensure that effective communication with existing clients are well maintained through periodical client visits, service reports as well as other communication channels.
- To work with internal teams to ensure clients’ expectations are deliverable and well communicated.
- To lead local marketing activities by interacting with global marketing team.
- To lead local business development by participating in client visits, quote/contract/agreement discussion and solution formulation.
- To lead through the phase of business introduction and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth new business start-up.
- To follow up customer complaint and ensure proper handling and customer’s acceptance
- To properly maintain the database related to business, service and clients.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in life science, business administration or related.
Years of Experience: > 3 yrs of sales or marketing experience in relevant industry, working experience in pharmaceutical industry will be a plus. Ideally have the experience in bidding, project selling, client’ management.
Knowledge: Clinical service industry, supply chain management
Competency: Strong communication skills, presentation skills, influencing skills, leadership skills, ability to work independently and as a team member
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
- At least 3 yrs sales or marketing experience
- Strong communication and written skills in English and Chinese
- Presentation skills
