职位描述
Job Purpose
This is an internal IT support role focusing on supporting the applications within the Disney English business. The role calls for highly competent and proactive person with a good knowledge in retail operations. The incumbent is expected to carry out second level client application support and is required to develop helpdesk scripts for support and monitoring purpose.
Key Responsibilities
l Provide 2nd level helpdesk support to internal users.
l Update and maintain service logs to helpdesk calls.
l Answer queries concerning the usage of standard applications and work with software vendors on problem resolutions.
l Analyze, diagnose, test and implement solutions to support requests using a professional structured approach.
l Escalate and track support issues according to operations team guidelines.
l Assist in system rollout, user acceptance testing and other system related activities.
l Develop the helpdesk script on application support.

Requirements
Education
l University degree or diploma holder
Language Skill
l Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Experience
· At least 2 years of application develop/support experiences
· Experience with Windows OS, MS Office and Visio a must.
