QUALIFICATIONS:
This candidate should be familiar with the entire sales lifecycle and have prior telesales experience, preferably in the IT industry. Experience in the High Tech network security industry is a pre, but not a strict requirement. The candidate should be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. He/she should possess strong communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Managing and selling company services contract (24X7 Support, AV, IPS etc. of all Hardware/Software product lines), mainly via telephone and email based in Shanghai to our end users(Already purchase the Hardware/Software) in mainland China.
? Collect customer information from all possible resource: company database, sales office, our channel and partner, and keep our customer database up-to-date.
? Generating high volume notification email and outbound sales calls to customers. Following up every opportunity to ensure the deal get closed. Find necessary support from support engineer, local SE teams, Field Sales, Channels etc.
? Find and develop secondary-sales opportunities for Hardware & Software.
? Prepare weekly activity and forecast reports
? Report on high-end lost
? Track price list changes and promotion activities
? Collect customer feedback and competitor info which helping to increase cross-sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? 5+ years of experience in the related field.
? Excellent positive attitude, with teamwork spirit.
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiments
? Excellent Mandarin, good English Reading & Writing.
? Best familiar with Fortinet’s products and services.
? Best with technique background
