职位描述
Jo Responsibilities:
-Review and develop recruitment programs and Procedure. To provides suggestions/solutions to recruitment problems/effectiveness improvement when necessary.
-Set up monthly & yearly recruiting plan to meet the recruiting target.
-By in-depth understanding job requirements, independently manages whole interview & selection process with line managers for positions up to professional level: including sourcing effective recruiting channel, places recruitment request, interviews & selects candidates, consults line managers when problems occurs, reference check, finalizes offer and onboard arrangement.
-Deliver the guideline and support to BU HR in the recruitment process to develop a quality experience in staffing as well as ensure all the practices is consist with policies and procedure.
-Organize annual campus recruiting program.
-Manage and maintain internal recruitment channel to provide careers opportunities for internal employee.
-Manage and maintain the talent database for possible needs in near future.
-Evaluate effectiveness of recruitment channels based on recruitment result analysis and
identify right recruitment channels for certain positions and thereby to continuously improve recruitment efficiency with lower recruitment cost.
-Conduct new employee orientation program.
-Update Employee Profile (hard copy file & e-info in HR system) timely & accurately.
-Generate regular recruitment report timely & accurately.
-Other assigned works.
Job Requirements:
-Degree holder of Human Resources Management / Business Administration;
-Minimum 3 years staffing experience in JV companies, preferably for Freight Forwarding company or third party logistics company;
-Knowledge of professional HR practices & local labor regulations;
-Project experience in HR function is a plus;
-Good English / MS office Software literate;
-Ability to be multi-task and well-organizing in a fast-paced, growing company environment;
-Customer & result oriented;
-Good communication & problem solving skills;
-Self-starter with can-do attitude.
