Assistant Consulting Manager
Job Description & Requirements
LATERAL RELATIONSHIPS
Work closely with THE COMPANY associates throughout the company and externally with major clients in China
LOCATION Based in Beijing.
JOB OBJECTIVE
To deliver consulting services and be responsible for the execution of consulting projects using the company's range of Sales & leadership development products/consulting services / know how with the aim of maintaining and/or exceeding the clients/project expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Products and Consulting Knowledge
- Take Initiative to develop new clients and design initiative proposal to meet client's organization needs on Sales, Sales Management, leadership development and Customer Services.
- To design, develop and conduct leadership development training and organization development (OD) projects.
- To formulate and implement strategies to build up Beijing's branch knowledge in THE COMPANY's products/solutions.
- To maintain the company's corporate image, ensuring high visibility in the market place through effective project delivery activities.
- Able to lead conversations with client's senior contact.
- To work with client's senior management team to identify leadership development needs and devise strategy in support of achieving client's business goals.
- To grow the business in China, at all times being fully aware of servicing the client, expanding the client portfolio, maintaining and increasing sales revenue and achieving the specified revenue and profit targets.
PROSPECTS FOR GROWTH
Grow within the job and the expanding mode of the China business. Potential for leadership role in the Beijing branch.
AGE RANGE
Likely to be in the mid 30's to early 40's
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree of higher
- At least 3-5 years' working experience in a foreign well-known consulting company or MNC.
- Demonstrable and successful hand's on track record in people / organizational development.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Strong written and oral communication skills both in Chinese and English
KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Highly self-motivated, demonstrate high initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Goal-orientated with an ability to act decisively and perform independently in completing projects.
- Maturity, diplomacy and energy to monitor business relationships with client's senior level management.
- Confident but not arrogant to satisfy the significant demands presented by a high profile and key position within the company.
- Stature and vision commensurate with the seniority of this position.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills to relate client and integrate internal resources.
- Have the willingness and confidence to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment is crucial.
- Have the passion and potential to become a complex consulting expert in the future
- Be willing to share and create.
SALARY RANGE / BENEFITS
Total annual package consisting of market-level fixed component plus variable bonus.
