主要职责：

·霍尼韦尔DCS/SMS/ESD项目工程实施，包括系统硬件设计，辅助设备设计及成套。
·应用软件组态，工厂验收测试。
·现场调试，装置开车支持及保运。
·现场系统故障诊断及维护。

教育背景/专业技能及工作经验：

·年龄：30岁以下。
·专业：重点大学国家正规统招本科以上学历，自动化控制相关专业。
·英语水平：六级及上水平，熟练阅读英文资料。
·工作态度：工作积极热情、责任心强、具有团队精神、求知欲强。
·能力及经验：3~5年或以上化工行业DCS、SMS、PLC相关工程及现场工作经验。
·熟练掌握微软基本应用软件：VB、Windows操作系统、AUTO CAD绘图软件。
·能适应经常性的国内出差或海外出差，有1-2年DCS、SMS、PLC相关现场工作经验者优先。
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Implement Control Systems projects, typically using Honeywell Experion controller and supervisory systems, and/or third party PLC controllers, Honeywell QCS systems,such as, MxOpen and DaVinci, and other equipment such as Experion PMD and WIS.
· Implement projects using Honeywell Tools and processes, provide input for constant improvement of processes
· Provide support to the control systems projects team(s).
· Programming of controllers in a variety of languages
· Maintain, install and service Industrial control equipment on a variety of industrial sites
· Customer reporting and meeting planned service requirements.
· Familiarity with wide variety of industrial plants and applications as applicable to control systems
· Conduct customer acceptance testing and final commissioning of systems on site
· Comply with Honeywell engineering processes tools and methodologies
· Keep abreast of site and customer needs by continued development of customer relationships
· Report project progress and technical problems to project manager or leader
· Attend to priority emergency service for troubled site(s).
· Transfer the maintenance & service technology to HPS employees and customers
· Assist customer in designing and implementing control systems utilizing Honeywell automation systems.
· Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as required by team leader.
· Share technical knowledge within the Honeywell Team
· Identify and communicate sales and service opportunities
· Provide sales assistance for estimation, proposal preparation, demonstration of capability
· Ensure delivery of value to Honeywell customers.
· Actively participate in activities to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Education

· Associates Degree or equivalent in technical discipline (Automation, Instrumentation, Electronic, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
· Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline (Automation, Instrumentation, Electronic, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering) and a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
· Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) qualification advantageous.


Experience

· Experience with direct customer contact.
· Hands on experience with control systems and instrumentation.
· Experience with Experion PKS or TPS maintenance or project implementation.
· Experience in various process control markets.


Professional Skills / Knowledge

· A knowledge of Honeywell’s hardware and software capabilities is highly advantageous
· Additional skills in the areas of SCADA systems radio communications, database interfacing and web design also desirable
· Understanding of industrial work culture
· Good communication skills (oral and written) in English
· Exceptional PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft software.
· Experience with direct customer contact.
· Ability to interact and build relationship with customers
· Possess strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills for PKS and TPS
· Knowledge of Network based systems on various operating systems
· A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
