职位描述
1.主要负责肿瘤病例中肿瘤类型、肿瘤组织学、手术操作、各类药物的编码；
2.辅助督导完成肿瘤病例中出现的问题的回访；
3.指导录入兼职的录入工作；
4.协助督导完成代理管理、进度管理、代理沟通工作；
5.OA执行中其他的辅助性工作（查询、登记、文案整理等）
6.以上工作胜任后希望能初步对问卷进行简单的审核；

基本技能要求：
1.有医学背景优先；大专及以上学历；
2.熟悉基本的办公室软件操作（excel、word、PowerPoint, etc）
3.有无工作经验不限
4.英语至少4级以上

其他要求：
1.工作踏实认真，逻辑思维能力强；
2.善于沟通，有较强的沟通技巧；
3.理解力强，有团队合作精神
4.能承受一定程度的加班。
