2.正规本科及以上学历，人事、行政等相关专业背景；


3.了解人事和行政工作内容和流程，有过大型企业行政工作经验优先；


4.熟悉行政事务，可熟练操作各种办公软件；


5.工作积极热情、细致耐心，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚；


6.具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力、具有团队合作精神、可承受较大工作压力。


工作职责：


1.负责公司日常行政管理工作；


2.负责公司办公用品、办公设备、保洁用品的采购，并做好统筹管理和出入库统计；


3.负责考勤管理工作，考勤制度的执行、考勤报表的制作，考勤情况的分析等；


4.企业文化活动的组织和配合，如节日活动、生日会、员工俱乐部等；


5.新员工入职的配合，如新员工入职关怀、新员工培训组织等。

The hexagon is often found in nature in the form of snowflakes, crystals,

and of course in honeycombs. A honeycomb is uniquely strong structures in

which bees raise their young, protect their colony, and help the group

prosper.
