Responsibilities:

· Take full responsibility for the Management and Leadership and ensure smooth running of food production operations and maintain standards within budget and culinary areas

· Menu creation incorporating European (specifically French) and local flavours,

· Food preparation to consistent and high standards,

· Maintains orders and purchases and receiving of inventory,

· Establishes and maintains effective contacts with vendors/suppliers,

· Maintains compliance with food and safety laws,

· Ensures sanitation and cleaning is maintained,

· Effectively hires, manages and trains culinary team

· All menu planning and implementation

· Control food cost by maintaining food standards at reasonable cost through liaison with the Purchasing Department to check prices, market price fluctuation, quality, etc.

· Other tasks assigned by line manager

确保工作区域的整洁

在保证食物质量的前提下有效地控制成本，关注市场变动

有效的雇佣、管理及培训厨师团队

Work Experience & Skills

·Minimum of 5 years in the luxury hotel culinary business, Minimum of 3 years Management Experience as a Restaurant Chef, or Executive Sub-Chef

·Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality

·Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment

·Working knowledge of computers and basic software

·Ability to dictate responsibility, pay attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and show a high level of patience

·Creative, high energy, Planning and Organising

·Time Management and Financial Management

工作经验及技能：

·5年以上酒店的烹饪经验，并有3年以上的餐厅主厨管理经验，法式经验优先

·性格开朗

·具有厨房相关设备的使用知识与认知

·计算机与软件的基础运用

·有责任心、耐心，注重细节，能同时处理多项任务

·有创造性并充满活力

·具有时间管理和财务管理能力
