Responsibilities:

· Supervise service being delivered by employees and conduct on-the-job training as necessary to ensure maximum guest satisfaction

· Ensure smooth and efficient running of the shift

· Maintain a positive industrial relations climate

· Check employees for presentation standards, cleanliness and appearance

· Check attendance record of employees

· Assist with cleaning maintenance of equipment and ensure completed on schedule

· Ensure opening and closing checklists are accurately and fully completed for each shift

· Other task assign by line manager

·2 years proven experience in similar role

·Proven ability to excel at customer service and manage staff to required standard

·Experience and passion for catering will be an advantage

·Knowledge of bar service and products

·Experience in superior table service standards

·Health certificate
