Responsibilities:

· Chopping fruit and vegetables, making salads,

· Performing kitchen maintenance and cleaning

· Washing dishes and utensils

· Ensuring trash is kept in sealed container and emptied in timely manner before overflowing

· Ensure trash is transferred to pickup area before end of every shift

· Maintain all areas of kitchen to clean and hygienic standards

· All requests from chef, cook and senior management

工作职责：

· 熟悉厨房各类工具使用，并具备良好的切配技术

· 配合厨师进行菜品准备以及制作

· 厨房日常保养和清洁

· 保持厨房各个领域清洁，食品卫生及保质期检查工作，使其符合卫生标准

· 完成主厨以及上级主管交付的其他工作

Work Experience & Skills

·1 year experience preferred

·Able to accept instruction with willingness to learn and build skill base

·Able to work in a pressure area of the business

·Able to work in a team and contribute positively to environment

·Able to work shifts including late nights, weekends and public holidays

·Health certificate
