职位描述：
1.负责前台管理，接待来电、来访者；快递、信件往来收发等工作
2.负责员工日常考勤、每日的订餐、订水工作
3.负责公司货物，分发工作。
4.负责公司后勤管理，办公用品、固定资产的管理，检查安全隐患
5.负责安排人员面试工作，并能及时完成领导交付的任务
6.协助各部门资料整理、装订打印工作

任职资格：
1.专科以上学历
2.为人亲切，擅于交流，形象好，气质佳
3.做事认真负责，热爱行政工作，能积极开拓思维，不按部就班
4.能适当加班
