职位描述
Major Responsibility
1. Supervise monitor and planning regional customer service. Work closely with sales team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality CSR service
2. Constantly analyze and document customer services processes and problems. Assist regional manager to develop solutions to enhance efficiencies and risks avoided in customer services cycle;
3. Assist regional manager to get individual customer services goals and responsibilities; aiding customer services persons in coordinating related department, such as finance, logistics and technical etc.
4. Help sales provide the quotation, order and contract to customers;
5. Coordinate with Finance Dept to handle with the AR process, assist sales to collect payment;
6. Customer order management, coordinating with sales and logistics Dept and follow-up products delivery schedule;
7. To be responsible for analysis and statistics on sales status, overdue and ship plan, and making out series statistics reports;
8. Assist regional Manager and sales team in collecting and analyzing sales data.
Requirement
1. College degree above;
2. 2 years experience in customer service;
3. A team player who is dynamic and possesses positive working attitude to work well;
4. Have basic sales and commercial understanding;
5. Open-minded, faster learning ability,proactive,self-confidence,excellent communication&customer services skills;
6. Excellent statistics skill and data analysis ability;
7. Basic understanding about Norgren major products;
8. Familiar with using ACCPAC software to deal with quotation, order and storage;
