Key activities主要职责活动
1. Receiving and coordinating feedback from customers regarding quality issues. Handling customer complaints and claim timely, leading internal team and providing appropriate communication (8D report) to customers.
2.Participating in new product APQP process. Submitting PPAP samples and report to customers and following up release process.
3.Coordinating customer visit/ audit, arranging internal technical preparations. Leading internal team for customer findings and following up action items closure.
4.Visiting customers regularly and feedback customer satisfaction

1.直接与客户进行沟通处理客户投诉或质量反馈。领导内部工作小组分析原 因，采取措施，回复客户8D报告。
2.参与新产品开发过程，提交PPAP样品及报告， 并跟踪认可结果。
3.负责客户拜访和审核，准备审核资料。领导内部工作小组采取措施，同时控措施实施进度。
4.定期拜访客户，并反馈客户满意度。

Qualifications任职资格
1. Bachelor degree or higher, Major in Engineering or its equivalent.
2. At least 5 years quality experiences in manufacturing industry
3.Familiar with TS/VDA Standard, 8D, APQP/PPAP tools
4.Familiar with customer quality requirement of automotive industry
5.Good communication and team work spirit, outstanding independent problem solving ability.

1.大学以上学历,工程类或其他相关专业毕业
2.至少5年以上制造业质量工作经验
3.熟悉TS及其VDA标准的基本知识，以及8D, APQP/PPAP等工具
4.熟悉汽车行业客户的质量要求
5.良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，优秀的独立解决问题的能力
