Responsibilities:

Provides IT technical support to internal customer workstations and response to any IT related incident/issue.
Supports and troubleshoots problems related to hardware, operating systems, office equipments issues and network connectivity issues.
Fixed asset management, including IT assets (PC/ printers/ projectors) and other fixed assets
Review expense claim reports to fully compliance with company policy
Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.


Requirements:

Good English skill both in oral and written
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related and minor in accountancy
At least two years experience in IT support
Extensive knowledge of PC hardware and software applications support, familiar with MS Windows, Office, anti-Virus system, VPN, etc
Clear thinking, independent analysis and problem solving ability.
