生产经理/Production Manager—有外企工作经验优先

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and direct the flow of work, material and personnel, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste, on a daily basis, to assist the company in the attainment of their established goals for quality, productivity and timely delivery;
2. Support and maintain safe work environment and practices in compliance with established safety rules and practices;
3. Be responsible for maintaining proper employee relations, working closely with the human resources department;
4. Cooperate and work closely with other departmental managers;
5. Active contributor to management cost reduction and planning efforts;
6. Active team participant in Kaizen, lean manufacturing and problem solving initiatives;
7. Participate and perform scheduled inventories, as required;
8. Instrumental in the Performance Management process by conducting performance appraisals;
9. Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree, 5 years experience in manufacturing, automotive product experience preferred;
2. Manufacturing process knowledge, related assembly, and injection molded plastics industry preferred;
3. Strong management/ supervisory and people skills;
4. Good leadership skills and understanding;
5. Lean manufacturing concepts, Kaizen, Kan Ban and value stream mapping;
6. Performance management;
7. Problem solving techniques.
