工作职责：
根据营养部总体战略规划，制订营养队伍的发展规划，确定发展方向。明确营养队伍推广方法；
制定全国产品培训策略，完善产培训课程结构，并根据产品上市和推广计划，制定全国培训计划；
营养咨询团队的管理；
独立开发并执行全国培训计划与实施；
相关人员的营养知识的培训，培训计划的制定实施；
专业培训资料的编撰；公司产品营养宣传册的编写；
协助部门进行其它的市场推广活动。


职位要求
本科以上学历，医学、医药学或营养学相关专业；
具有6年以上相关行业营养、医务推广工作经验；
良好的沟通及表达能力，谈吐风趣，富有感染力，具把握课堂气氛能力；
具独立编写、开发专业教材的能力；
具有丰富的营养教育或医学临床知识；
具备较强的逻辑思维能力和对新领域的认知能力；
具有优良的职业道德、敬业精神和团队协作精神。工作积极主动、严谨高效，责任心强；
英语熟练。
