职位描述

The Marketing Communications Launch Manager is directly responsible for leading High-end Imported Vehicle Launch and Sustainment Programs and for ensuring on-time delivery against GMLP – Global Marketing Launch Process (6 key milestones/3+ deliverables per milestone) for China. In parallel, this role is also responsible for building and supporting the primary brand through marketing and PR efforts. In this role, the Marketing Communications Launch Manager will directly interact with agency team to ensure all campaign deliverables is on time and consistent with the approved Brand Story. Finally, this position will lead governance forums with key senior management to gain alignment and buy-in.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
Oversee launch and sustainment of all High-end Imported Vehicle Products.
Manage the launch timelines per Global Marketing Launch Process (GMLP) – 6 key milestones.Drive stakeholder alignment on all communications deliverables (3+ deliverables per GMLP milestone) and develop 360 communication campaign.
Drive non-traditional communications channels (pre-launch/brand experience) to help build brand guanxi
Develop pre-launch activation strategies (regional/global) which make Lincoln culturally relevant to consumers
Identify and pursue media channels that are consumed by luxury customers and key influencers
Work with PR to support activation and brand experience elements (e.g. events, auto shows, etc.)
Serve as the Brand Steward for the high-end imported vehicle Primary Brand.
Deliver the high-end imported vehicle Primary Brand strategic placemat and future roadmap
Oversee development of the Primary Brand Integrated Communications Placemat (Marketing + PR)
Own the Primary Brand effort and champion communications both internally and externally
Understand BEAT reporting and work with agency partners on analytics (e.g. key drivers of Favorable Opinion, Favorable Opinion objectives)
Continue to innovate by leveraging experience in luxury markets – auto and non-auto
Lead Agency management and engagement.
Oversee Agency Relationship and Management
Lead development of Agency Scope of Work (SOW) process, deliverables, and metrics
Manage agency evaluation (mid year, year end) and coordinate submissions from markets per GAMT requirements
Support development of five year agency resourcing plan
Work with purchasing to ensure efficiencies in process and billings
Responsible for Fixed Marketing Governance and Analytics.
Develop a comprehensive Fixed Marketing process for high-end imported vehicle to support Business Plan and future year planning
Support APA MS&S and Finance in tracking/reporting Fixed Marketing budget status by channel by market on a monthly basis
Identify best practice process for supporting local market media planning, tracking, and measurement (spend effectiveness)
Drive Governance and Process.
Oversee high-end imported vehicle Take to Market (TTM) meetings - attendance by key launch functions
Manage the agency on all marketing communications deliverables.
Gain alignment of communications/FM deliverables via GMLP forums (APA/Global), Communication Strategy Board (CSB)/Comms SAR, MS&S BPR/SAR

Education Qualification :A marketing or business degree

No. of Years of Experience:6 to 8 years experience in Marketing, preferably within Communications or Brand, advertising or BTL Communications

Professional Exposure(Technical Skills):Proven success Branding / marketing strategy development and implementation; familiar with product development process; experience in premium Auto brand or luxury goods is preferred

Preferred previous experiences:Prior experience in Marketing Communications, developing detailed marketing launch plans a plus
Experience in China with luxury brands (auto/non-auto) will be extremely beneficial
Knowledge of global auto industry/local China market, and Ford / Lincoln product is a plus

Functional Skills:Key competencies: communication strategy, consumer insight; brand positioning; managing the marketing mix; relationship management; product marketing, revenue and cost management.
