The Lincoln Event Marketing Manager is directly responsible for developing Lincoln auto show and experiential strategy and implementation, coordinate with cross functional marketing team (CRM, Brand, PR, Digital) to support auto shows, customer / media engagement initiatives, Lincoln Experience events and to ensure on-time delivery against GMLP – Global Marketing Launch Process.

Event Marketing Manager role will be reporting directly to Lincoln Deputy Marketing director and work closely with the cross functional team, including Communication, Digital, PR, regional marketing/ dealer marketing, global auto show team, etc
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
Lead Auto Show Strategy development and implementation; coordinate with global auto show team, creative agency, and US program team to support China auto shows
Establish market by market experiential events, including Lincoln Experience engagement event, customer ride and drive events, and sponsorship activities to support brand campaign and product launches
Lead media drive program in China and coordinate global media drive program
Build relationship with key media partners, strategic alliances to maximize brand impact
Liaison with external parties and strategic partners, support Marketing function to define and create appropriate customer experience, in order to enhance brand awareness and generate more business opportunities.
Maintain yearly corporate event calendar, and publish an updated version regularly to all parties involved
Establish lead collection process at consumer engagement events, auto show events, and test drive programs
Develop event evaluation metrics, apply pre and post marketing event evaluation reports and communicate the success, and lesson learned of each event to management, including budget recap, KPI performance, participant feedback for future improvement
Manage event agency and all other relevant agencies to work out the best way to support marketing objectives.
Develop corporate event guidelines that all stakeholders understand and follow those for each event.Manage and track budgets, according to the company's financial requirements.

Education Qualification :A marketing or business degree

No. of Years of Experience: 6 to 8 years experience in Marketing (preferably within Public affairs, event management, and Communications, at least 3 years in event marketing).
Professional Exposure(Technical Skills) :Proven success in leading experiential event strategy development and implementation; familiar with lead generation/ collection, experience in premium Auto brand or luxury goods is preferred
Preferred previous experiences:Prior experience in event management, auto show planning and implementation, Experience in China auto industry and /or in luxury brands (auto/non-auto) will be extremely beneficial Knowledge of Ford/ Lincoln product is a plus
Functional Skills Key competencies: Event strategy development, and implementation, post event analysis, relationship management, agency management, cost management.
