The requirement for the lead position is as follows:

· Demonstrated ability to lead teams.

· Responsible for accurate estimation of team deliverables

· Responsible for generating project plan and assigning resources

· Performs a lead role in complex design and development tasks.

· Owns the technical design and implementation of the projects.

· Develops constructive working relationships with onsite coordinator, team members and QA team

· Ensures technical and code consistency on the team as well as future maintainability of code overall.

· Leads feature design and code reviews.

· Manages changes.

· Demonstrated ability to predictably provide innovative solutions on schedule, with high quality.

· Identifies risks and provides steps to mitigate them.

· Maintains the high levels of efficiency and effectiveness troubleshooting problems.

· Mentors and coaches team members.

· Builds peer relationships to exchange best practices.

· Encourages organizational growth and improvement.

· Innovates, and drives improvements to processes and technology.
