Description
- We are looking for GPRS Services Engineer to join our network roll-out team for establishing operation excellence according to customer contract.
- Services Engineer would typically interact with customer technical staff and operation managers, service engineers and other groups within Service Delivery organization.
- They may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd Party suppliers and local authorities.
- Deliver services within network design, integration and/or configuration and/or support of products and networks in accordance with a customer service contract. Services are predominantly delivered in live customer networks.
- Create network solution and plan for specific customers to stabilize and optimize their networks, including customizations of interfaces between products.
- Identify faults and troubleshoot these, according to a set of defined alternatives, and apply standard resolving processes in the network.
- Develop and design methods, tools and scripts within a defined framework and in accordance to customer requirements.
- Plan, design and optimizes the network based on the customers' requirements on the technical functionality.
- When applicable, identify add on sales opportunities and address the opportunities to the appropriate function within Ericsson.

Qualifications
- Experience/knowledge within the following areas is required:
- Good Knowledge in TCP/IP, CCNA certification or equivalent certification.
- Good knowledge in Linux and Unix (Solaris).
- Good knowledge in GPRS and WCDMA systems architecture.
- Good knowledge in Routers and Switches
- Experience/knowledge within the following areas is considered as a plus:
- 2~3 years Working Experience of GSM, WCDMA or LTE Packet Core network
- CCNP or CCIE certification
- 1~2 years working Experience on IP Backbone network
- 1~2 years working Experience on Juniper Router and Firewall
