岗位职责
1.在贵宾面前随时保持整洁友好愉快的形象。
2.向贵宾提供礼貌周全的服务，对于宾客的要求、不满和需要及时做出回应及时向领班或餐厅经理汇报。
3.迎接问候宾客，并将其领入座位并协助领班或餐厅经理对客订座，并合理分配。
4.记住所有宾客和常客的姓名。
5.和宾客交谈，回答宾客提出的问题。
6.接受电话订座，使用最好的电话谈判技巧。
7.回答宾客有关本酒店的特殊活动和菜单等。
8.熟悉菜单和饮料单。

The Jingbin Hotel, operated by the Liaison Office of the Harbin Municipal Government in Beijing, is a three-star hotel catering for foreign visitors.
