Description
As part of Network Performance & Remote Delivery Center, the manager should recruit, develop/maintain competence within the unit, ensure timely delivery for Design & Optimization services with high quality, and support other organizations in Ericsson for service selling and development. The main activities are list below:
· Manage the daily operations of the unit
· Ensure services delivered in time, effectively and efficiently
· Follow up performance of the unit through regular meetings
· Follow up and report related KPI achievement
· Maintain all services delivered to specific customers are set up properly and comply with Ericsson Global Services policies
· Manage resource utilization and work load to ensure optimum and efficient allocation of resource
· Propose headcount plan and recruit people to guarantee availability of qualified resources for assigned tasks
· Build up and maintain competence with the team, with all technologies (e.g. GSM, WCDMA, LTE/EPC) for the services of ND, NPO, SQO and CQM
· Propose competence development plan of team/individual to ensure continuous development of staff/ subordinates
· Follow up employee satisfaction levels and implement improvement plans
Qualifications
Experience:
· 3 years or above in telecommunication industry, with broad knowledge of mobile network.
· 2 years or above in service delivery.
· Consulting experience would be preferred.
· Experience on people management or project management would be preferred.
Education:
· Bachelor degree or above on Telecom Engineering.
· Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
Competence requirements
Professional/Technical Competence:
· Well experienced in technology consulting service delivery and service development
Business Competence:
· Business and financial understanding
· Highly developed English language skill (spoken and written)
· Extended Ericsson Knowledge
Human Competence
· Good communication skill (presentation, interpersonal, influencing skill)
· Leadership skills
