职位描述：
1. 主导大功率风电变流器、兆瓦级变频器量产产品现场调试
2. 主导大功率风电变流器、兆瓦级变频器现场技术问题的分析解决
3. 主导和客户的产品现场技术问题及产品服务需求的沟通
4. 主导对客户的大功率风电变流器、兆瓦级变频器的技术培训
5. 主导客户技术支持的流程管理
6. 参与和研发工程师的工厂试验、第三方试验及其他产品测试

职位需求：
1. 3-5年以上大功率电力电子的产品技术支持经验
2. 良好的与客户沟通能力，善于灵活处理客户提出的各种问题
3. 较好的专业技能，较强的解决现场产品问题的能力
4. 具有电气产品操作的培训、资格
