Responsibilities
- Working with assigned Customer Support Request;
- Provide technical support for Ericsson WCDMA system and solution
- Participate in global support case handling process
- Perform problems isolation and product faults identification
- Provide onsite support and troubleshooting
- Perform knowledge transfer to internal staff
- Handle various levels (high, detail & low) of documentations and Knowledge Based Article
- Provide Emergency Support for Ericsson WCDMA system.
- Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation
Qualifications
Qualifications and Competence Requirements
- At least bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum three years working experience in WCDMA RAN/RNC/RBS area.
- Minimum two years working experience as customer service delivery engineer.
- Self-motivation, have strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit
- Excellent communication ability
- Independent but also a good team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good customer management skill and able to deal with difficult and complex situations
- A quick learner with excellent implementation skill, drawing upon one's creativeness and resourcefulness
- Fluent in spoken & written English
