Role:
? Originate deals and assess business plans
? Negotiate investment terms
? Prepare Investment Committee proposals
? Conduct due diligence - including legal, financial and commercial
? Portfolio management
? Assist portfolio companies with exit strategies
Skill:
? Ability to establish priorities and multiple tasks and operate under pressure
? Initiative, creativity, and independent thinking
? Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
? Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills
? Maintain a high degree of client confidentiality
? Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Salary: 20K-30K per month
