Summary:

1, Ensure effectiveness of quality improvement activities and animate follow-up within factory.
2, Set-up the monitoring plan and make sure of timely execution and effectiveness.
3, Drive technical solution of major quality issues and customer information
4, Monitoring technique process state, confirming on the change of process parameters,
5,Regularly review and update quality control plan and Corrective/preventive procedures.
6,To summarize quality problems and promote relevant departments to solve in time;


Part 2. Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
1, Bachelor above degree major in engineering related. Serious and disciplined personality. 6 sigma green belt.
2, 5 years working experience, plus supervisor above management experience at least 2 years.
B) Describe the most important competencies required of the individual.
1, Good practical knowledge of quality management
2, Good leadership skills and ability to mobilize cross-functional activities.
3, Good practical attitude-type of manager to spend several hours each day on shop floor.
4, Good at problem solving methods and statistics.Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems and Auditing.
5, Competent computer user skills are required.
6,Experiences with Word, Access, Excel, and Minitab are desirable.
