职位描述:
Job Responsibilities：
1、New products R&D to warding customers and markets;
2、Process design and management;
3、Daily process issues handing;
4、Communication with customers and internal partners for technical issues;
5、Initiate and administrate product structure cards and BOM;
6、Initiate and administrate product manuals;
7、Continuously reduce product cost together with purchase dept.;
8、Continuously improve process efficiency and quality.
Requirements：
1、engineering background；
2、Good reading, writing and oral in English；
3、>8 years Optical Cable RD and Process background and >3 year at Manager level；
4、Initiative, Innovative；
5、A good team player and team manager。
