Role and Responsibilities
1 Develop and execute regional strategies in line with overall China strategy which is based on solid understanding of the
regional market trend and customer demand
2 Plan, develop, organize, manage the regional business to complete the annual sales target;
3 Develop new market segments and learning solutions business
4 Establish and maintain partnerships with regional governments and educational bureaus, etc., with hopes of expanding to
other parts of education sector. Promote learning solutions of Pearson in various respects through these partnerships;
5 Expanding market share and improving the market competitiveness regionally, promote cross-region education exchange
by creating partnerships between local institutes and Pearson China;
6 Develop relationships with and to influence Key Stakeholders including government and non-government organizations and
educators to position Pearson as the preferred education solutions provider;
7 Be responsible for P/L to ensure successful achievement of designated financial targets, present timely, accurate forecasts
and associated analysis of financial performance;
8 Ensure that customers satisfaction levels are maintained at a high level;
9 Build and develop the team to meet the demand of regional market, ensure the team is provided with the correct information
and coach to enable them to carry out the role effectively;
10 Establish and maintain effective communication with the internal and external stakeholders;
11 Manage the regional projects as assigned to ensure the efficient delivery.

Requirement & Qualification
1 At least 7 years in developing and managing markets, relationships and new business, education related sectors are
preferred;
2 Proven successful track record in managing P&Ls of a location based, fast growing business;
3 Strong experience in developing and leading a large organization with sales and customer service focus; strong experience
in a growth business;
4 Strong entrepreneurial spirit to grow and improve the business efficiency;
5 Experience in the digital technology environment is preferred;
6 Fluency in Mandarin and English
7 Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
