职责：
1、协助处理各种日常事务及公司各部门之间的协调与沟通工作；
2、及时跟进重点工作的开展情况，督促重点工作的完成，反馈各项工作的最终结果；
3、协助领导收集、分析公司各项相关数据及整合信息；
4、合理安排协调领导的日程安排及工作计划，及时提醒；
5、完成领导安排的临时性工作。

职位要求：
1、三年以上相关助理岗位工作经验；
2、人力资源、英文、行政管理专业优先考虑；
3、英文听说读写流利；
4、有海外求学或工作经历优先考虑；
5、性格开朗，责任心强，良好的逻辑思维能力和分析判断能力，有一定的统筹协调和快速学习能力，抗压性强，团队协作能力佳。
