Retail Manager Role is responsible for AML/KYC process and to manage selling retail products and services, also to ensure compliance with internal and local regulatory policies, procedures, guidelines, rules, and manage the submission of any required reports to both regulators. You will also action on immediate escalation of any transactions such as customer disputes and conflict, fraud, or erroneous transactions that could result in a loss to ANZ.


Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications in accounting/finance is preferred
- At least 10 years of work experience in personal business sales - retail banking with English first language speakers
- Familiarity with retail banking products and services, ie. deposit, mortgage, insurance and investment products
- On track experience on leading retail sales to acheive business target
- Strong management, leadership and decision making skills
- Lateral thinking ability and the confidence to take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement these improvements
- Professional and proactive customer service attitude
- Professional and neat personal presentation
- Technical competency in processing retail type transactions
- Strong working knowledge of SWIFT, and MS Office suite of software products
