Title: Event Manager
Department: Marketing Department
Location: Shanghai/Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
1.Create event and PR plan, timeline and status report in order that each event could well organized, with cost and quality control
2.Good leadership, coordination and organization skills. Be able to independently lead team and manage outside vendors to complete projects
3.Assist in developing and implementing sales plan to meet the company business targets
4.Manage events teams’ operation independently

Job qualifications:
1.Above university degree, over 3 years working experience in event planning/management industry
2.Good knowledge on art or fashion, strong background knowledge is highly preferred
3.Experienced on planning and project management, good sale skills and coordination, with understanding of cost control and quality control
4.Good writing skill for marketing event proposal and associated documents, communications capabilities, flexibility and resourcefulness on problem solving
5.Excellent spoken and written English, good computer skills, especially Microsoft office software
6.A self starter, entrepreneurial and a real go getter
