职位描述
Job Describtion:
1.Recommends and implements security system, loss prevention and operational procedures in order to protect factory assets.
2.Analyze loss trends to strengthen internal processes and minimize the risk.
3.Conducts investigation regarding to security related cases.
4.Develops new methods to identify, reduce and control inventory shrinkage and other losses that negatively impact profits.
5.Conducts security/risk assessment for his responsible factories.
6.Leads factory security planning execution and action planning.
7.Identifies, analyzes and prioritizes security related risks.
8.Liaises with local management team, industry-wide security joint groups as well as local authorities.
9.Ensures compliance with local legal security requirement and internal Nestle Group Security requirement.
10.Drives security awareness, best practice sharing, education and formal training in the factory.
11.Make sure physical security and loss prevention are implemented in the factory.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
2.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate, security, law enforcement, production, military security or investigation area.
3.Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
4.People manager skill.
5.Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
6.Ability to function as an effective team member.
7.Strong knowledge of criminal and corporate investigative practices and procedures.
8.Strong knowledge of interviewing and interrogation skills and practices.
9.Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
10.Customer focused self-confident team player, planning and organizing, determination to succeed.
11.Ability to travel within assigned area.
