1、对海量数据进行挖掘分析，挖掘用户行为、业务特征、设备指标；
2、挖掘用户行为、业务特征等算法。
3、深入理解业务的方向和战略，通过数据分析，为运营提供决策支持
4、根据数据分析手段，描述业务特征，发现瓶颈并给出建议，以推动业务成长
5、负责对海量业务数据进行分析，挖掘用户行为特征，构建用户精准运营的指标体系
6、针对具体的业务问题，规划、设计基于数据挖掘的解决方案
职位要求：
1.数学专业或统计专业硕士以上学历，.优秀应届毕业生优先考虑。
2.优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够把合理的思路成功应用于实践 ;
3.良好的逻辑思维能力和创新能力 ;
4.具有深厚的统计学或数学功底，并对机器学习算法和理论有较深入的研究（如对分类、聚类、序列标注、回归等应用算 法有较深理解和实践经验，或对半监督、无监督学习以及自适应学习有较深的理论研究）;
5.有编程经验者优先 ;
