? To develop and execute marketing strategies to reach the sales target of the team
? To lead a team in reaching the market share target
? To lead, develop and coach the sales team through developmental plans for the team
? To build and maintain good relationship with distributors, key account managers and the management team
? Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree business or marketing
? With at least ten years of working experience sales or distribution
? Preferably coming from a fast moving consumer goods company, food or cosmetics company
? With good people management skills
? With Good English Communication Skills
